•How to Use
- •Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the tube is centered on the inside of your arm.
- •Sit upright, relax for 5 minutes, and keep the cuff at the same level as your heart.
- •Press the Power/Start button once. Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete.
- •Record your results or save them to the device's memory.
•Caution
- •Avoid eating, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
- •Do not move or talk while the device is in operation.
- •This device is for monitoring purposes only; do not adjust medication based on readings without consulting a physician.
•Special Note
•The device can be powered by 4 AAA batteries or a DC 6V power adapter (not included). For the most accurate results, take measurements at the same time each day.
